Job Description:

Reporting to the Board President, the Field and Referee Scheduler is responsible for the procurement and assignment of playing fields, the development of a referee pool, the assignment of game referees, and other administrative duties as requested.

Responsibilities:

• Procurement of game and practice fields on an ongoing basis through rental agreements
• Assignment of teams to fields for games, practices, tryouts, scrimmages, clinics and camps
• Publication of practice and game schedules
• Management of relationships with field coordinators
• Submission of field billing to Bookkeeper
• Scheduling referee training as needed, including classes, materials, mentoring program
• Maintenance of Referee database
• Assignment of Referees to games
• Submission of Referee payments to Bookkeeper; tracking of volunteer hours
• Assistance to Board and team managers as needed
