Job Description:

• Reporting directly to the Chair and the Board of Directors, the Coach Director of Coaching is responsible for the creation, implementation and execution of the Club's Coach and Player Development Program.

Responsibilities:

• Recruitment of coaching staff
• Assignment of coaches to teams
• Implementation and execution of player scouting, player selection and player placement processes
• Development of a player selection (tryout) mechanism
• Implementation and execution of player placement program
• Help develop an appropriate calendar for each team
• Supervision of coaching staff
• Oversight of coach education and training program
• Ongoing assessment and evaluation of coaching staff
• Development of player assessment and evaluation tools and resources
• Aid coaches and players in the High School and College recruiting process
• Oversee goalkeeper training program
• Provide support in tournament application process
• Conflict resolution
• Attend Board meetings and provide DOC update and summaries upon request

Qualifications:

• U.S. Soccer "A" License or NSCAA Premier or its international equivalent ideally coupled with an Undergraduate Degree in a related field
